How on earth do I tell you about myself? I am that very quirky person as anyone that meets me, I’m sure will confirm.

The Quirky Mixologist was born after being furloughed from a great job and then sadly lost work.

I have always made concoctions for friends and relations over the years (I do love my friends and family (I wasn’t trying to poison them, I hasten to add). To be honest, this has given me some sanity, rather than sat at home twiddling my thumbs.

I decided to create The Quirky Mixologist. That was it when little hobby was born.

The Quirky Mixologist works within the seasons, with whatever ingredients are available at that time of year. I then come up one of my quirky recipes, that are proving to be very popular.

Sadly, there are some ingredients such as mango and pineapple that aren’t currently grown in Sussex. Otherwise, my base ingredient are either grown by myself, friends or local farmers.

I will not introduce artificial ingredients or chemicals. My products are pure and full of natural flavour.

Currently, I sell at local markets close to Steyning, but always looking for more opportunities. The only trouble is, I keep selling out which means, I have to keep making.
